Places Terry Wilson's Miniature Meadowvale Words & Photos With Tom

Terry’s Meadowvale Village – Tom’s Perspective

For those of you who are long time visitors here, you may remember that more than a year ago Sara did a post on Terry’s Miniature Village. (And if you haven’t seen it, here it is. This one too.)

Every year Terry does a doors open event where members of the public can walk through and take a look at the village and
inside the various buildings. Needless to say, I took advantage of the possibility to take some photos.

It seems almost as if work never stops on this little village. Everything seemed subtly different from the last time I was there, but it’s those little differences that always make it a pleasure to come back. I find that there’s always little details that I’ve missed that pop out at me a second or third time.

I don’t think I really do the place justice in photos, but I hope you enjoy them nonetheless.

Love these photos. It gives the impression of really peering into these little places and seeking out the goods in the dark spaces. It’s lovely.

I’m glad you liked them! I tried to get detail shots of the little things, as when you first go you tend to take in the village as a whole rather than checking out the little details. I thought it would be nice to have record of them, because there was just as much effort put into the details and the interior of the village as there was to the outside.
